Surrey Provincial Annual Meeting 2016
The Surrey Provincial Annual Meeting 2016 is to be held on Monday 21 March 2016. I suggest you put the date in your diary NOW. Please note this is a week earlier than usual due to a clash with Easter Monday 2016.

Dear Sir and Brother,

I am pleased to advise you that Worshipful Brother Ryan Andrew Williams, Dep. G.D.C. will be taking up the position of Deputy Grand Secretary of the Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons, as well as the corresponding offices in the other Orders administered from Mark Masons' Hall, by the end of June 2015.

Worshipful Brother Ryan will join the team as soon as he can negotiate his release from his current employer and will relocate his home from South Wales to Greater London. I am sure you will all join with me in wishing Worshipful Brother Ryan every success in his new role and I am looking forward to his contribution to the smooth running of the administration at Mark Masons Hall.

As you are aware from my previous 2 Briefings, we have a plethora of Surrey men being honoured with Grand Rank at this meeting. I am informed that Mark Grand Lodge, has also recently e-mailed you directly concerning this meeting, inviting your attendance, with booking details. HRH Prince Michael of Kent, The Grand Master will be presiding. Grand Temple will likely be full by around 45 minutes to an hour before the start of the meeting. Overflow temples with CCTV cover

Mark benevolent Fund - Nepal Earthquake
Saturday 25th April 2015, saw an immensely devastating earthquake rock the country of Nepal and its surrounding areas. Its strength measured 7.8 on the Richter resulting in significant loss of life and immense damage. The Trustees of The Mark Benevolent Fund acted very promptly (by 29 April 2015) and made a donation to the ShelterBox charity of £29,500 for the purchase of 50 survival kits.
