Surrey Provincial Annual Meeting 2016
Monday 21 March 2016 at the Fairfield Halls, Croydon. Please put this date in your diary - all Mark Master Masons are positively encouraged to attend - there is a need to be seated by 3.30 pm - booking form available by clicking here.

This is an important meeting with the Installation of a new Deputy and Assistant Provincial Grand Masters.

Mark Grand Lodge Meeting
The next Communication of Grand Lodge will be held on Tuesday, 8 March 2016, at 2 p.m. in the Grand Temple, Freemasons’ Hall, Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5AZ. all Mark Master Masons are invited to attend.

MGL and ProvGL Annual Dues 2015
Happily most Lodges have settled in good time. However there are still a couple of Lodges whose dues remain outstanding.

Annual Lodge Acounts
A reminder that soonest your Lodges accounts are approved and signed, copies to be forwarded (by e-mail preferred) to ProvGSec and ProvGTreas. Again most Lodges are complying, however there are a couple 2 years in arrears, and several 1 year behind.

Benevolent Monies In particular a reminder that Benevolent monies should be kept ‘sacrosanct’ - see point 7 in the Guidance Notes.

Mark Stewards Lodge 1726 - Monday 22nd February 2016 at Croydon
Prestonian Lecture (2012) on ‘Scouting and Freemasonry’. The regular meeting will take place, Lodge will be closed and the lecture will be then be delivered. This means that all Freemason’s welcome to attend, even if not yet a member of the Mark. The meal afterwards will be a white table and therefore all are also welcome to dine.
