During the festive board the newly installed Worshipful Master , W. Bro. Ross Clark presented to VW. Bro. Richard Baker a £625 cheque to surpass the Patron status for the Mark Benevolent Fund.

The contingent from Cranleigh Centenary Lodge no 1917 and Weyside Lodge No. 442 came to steal the Travelling Keystone which was won by Pleydell Bouverie Lodge at the Provincial Annual Meeting. During the Festive board the Worshipful Master, W.Bro. Ross Clark, assisted by the Deputy Provincial Master adjudicated the legality of each lodge’s claim by referring to the signing in register. After much thought and a few sips of wine to quench the thirst of deliberating for such a long time it was determined that the valid claim sided with Weyside Lodge.

The Worshipful Master and the Deputy Provincial Master presented the Travelling Keystone. The Worshipful Master before reluctantly handing over the Travelling Keystone to the winners berated them for not allowing the lodge to keep it for a little longer than one evening.

The festive board then concluded in a harmonious and enjoyable manner.
