Paul Wicking, was admitted and advised the Worshipful Master, W.Bro. Charles Hoseason, that the Worshipful Assistant Provincial Grand Master was in the ante room and demanded admission to his Lodge. The Assistant Provincial Grand Master entered in procession with the Provincial team. A Eulogy was given in memory of VW.Bro. Michael Falkner, PGJO, PProvGSW, a well loved member of the Lodge, by his old friend W.Bro. John Billett.

The Assistant Provincial Grand Master was then presented with the gavel and took the Chair. He said how pleased he was to be visiting Table Fellowship Lodge and how much he was looking forward to the afternoon’s proceedings. The Assistant Provincial Grand Master introduced the Provincial Team, took the minutes and then vacated the Chair. Bro. Malcolm Dickey was obligated and installed as Worshipful Master by W.Bro. Charles Hoseason. After the Officers had been appointed and invested, the Address to the Master was given by W.Bro. Michael Prentice, to the Wardens by W.Bro. Victor Harris, to the Overseers by W.Bro John Bryant and to the Brethren by W.Bro. Chris Eley. The Worshipful Master made special mention of W.Bro. John Bryant who was standing down as Secretary after many years of loyal service to the Lodge.

The Worshipful Master then invited W.Bro. Chris Eley to present a Mark Grand Lodge Certificate to Bro. Christopher Munro.

The Charity Report was given by the Austin Group Charity Steward, W.Bro. Steve Jones in his very special way. The Lodge then voted on a proposition that a sum of £1,000 be donated by the Lodge to the 2022 MBF Festival. This was presented by the Worshipful Master and the Lodge Charity Steward, Bro. Paul Sharp, and was received with much thanks by the Worshipful Assistant Provincial Grand Master.

After the meeting was closed the Brethren of Table Fellowship Lodge and their guests sat down to a most convivial and enjoyable festive board.

Table Fellowship Lodge is a member of the Austin Group meeting at Surbiton and an open invitation is always there for other Brethren to join them.
