Database
Like all databases the accuracy of our data is dependent on getting accurate and timely information from the Secretaries and Scribes of the Lodges. I should like to thank you all for the providing me with the continued support and assistance in keeping the data accurate, as you previously provided to my predecessor.

Year Book
The 2014 Provincial Year Book was distributed on schedule in September. Once again, my thanks to all the Secretaries and Scribes who ensured that all the documentation was returned in time for me to achieve the print deadline. It would be appreciated if Lodges could let me know of any errors or omissions in the Year Book before 31st May 2015, so these can be corrected in time for the printing of the 2015 Year Book.

Web Site
The Provincial Web site (www.markmastermasons.org.uk/) has had a make-over and continues to host a lot of useful information, as well as many interesting news articles and photos. Members are encouraged to send in articles and photos to the Provincial Grand Registrar for inclusion on the web site.
